Lots of experience with people, systems, environment and some management. Helps with team building and collaboration.

Cons

Taxing on the body and mind. Can easily get lost in the crowds of people, especially at bigger sites. Specifically for KCVG, you'll face a lack of upper management understanding and no true accountability.
