Pros

Work 4-10 hour shifts, off 3 days. Usually plenty of OT available. Health insurance is above average

Cons

Management and HR department are incompetent and not qualified for their job. Questionable ethics and safety. Mandatory OT with little or no notice. Certain associates are given impossible tasks and then given written warnings. Ex. Rate, Time off task, Management does not understand the processes and some are unwilling to learn.
