Pros

Always something new to learn. 401k is good, not great My management team is the best Cross training is always a possibility, growth is endless.

Cons

Hours become long during peak and when leadership staffing is not appropriate for the department. Training is not good enough to expect someone to do their job well immediately

Pros

matching 401k RSU's great healthcare plan many opportunities for advancement employee discount programs quite a bit of time off available at your disposal

Cons

All about throughput. So you better make rate! During the holiday season you could be working upwards of 60 hours a week The pay scale is at the middle of similar jobs, yet your managers expect you to work at the pace of someone who is getting paid at the top of the scale at a competing employer. In order to move up you will need to sacrifice your family time.
