Pros

Great pay and benefits for a warehouse job.

Cons

Hard work is not recognized. Same pay and benefits as the AAs that hide in the bathrooms and are off task. Zero work/life balance. Mandatory 55 hours during prime and peak weeks cause the best employees to break down and leave.
