- Lots of growth opportunities - Some flexibility with timeoff - Career variety - Opportunity to present new ideas and tangible change within your department, depnding on your manager - Strong diversity in terms of work experience, educaton, and identity at all levels

- Uneven workload between roles, even within a single department - Leadership seems to pick favorites consistently - Can often become the mediator between associates and poor management - Can often be pressured to improve metrics without any clear direction or support - Leadership culture can be hostile, both with associates and amongst peers - Compensation seems grossly low compared to other industry leaders
