Advancement, Pay, Great Insurance options from day 1, 4 on 3 off

Cons

Clicky Atmosphere, Must work 1 weekend day, buildings are always hot. You learn by failing due to having to train yourself. Reading the Start page may not be how everyone is capable of learning.
