Pros

amazon is thriving so there are lots of opportunities for future career development and their benefits are okay.

Cons

High stress in the warehouses. Employees are in a rated function in which they must average above the bottom 10% or they are performance managed and possibly fired. Corporate is the way to go.

-Good pay -Decent benefits -Consistent hours -Good life/work balance (never work over 60 hours, and that's a rarity)

Cons

-Not "promote from within" oriented -Pay scale -Customer-centric means associates second
