Pros

-Good benefits -Predictable hours -A lot of off time, that you can easily take advantage of cause it's usually approved even on short notice -Career development and advancement opportunities for within and outside of the company -Lower stress work environment due to no customer interaction

Cons

-Long hours -HR can take long to answer back if you have a medical condition -Company culture is heavy handed -If you bother the wrong person or they have a quota they will look for any reason to fire you -Drama between staff can be common under the wrong management and takes extended periods to work out from higher management
