Pros

- Competitive pay - Looks great on your resume - Good learning experience - Beautiful corporate office

Cons

- Poor work/life balance - Poor training and onboarding - You're lucky if you get a great manager, and you're doomed if you don't. - Poor team environment, any oversight or small mistakes are escalated to management with threats of filing a correction of error. (COEs are advertised as a good thing but it's really not.) Those who are promoted within the team are usually miserable.
