Pros

Decent Pay. Most people doing the work are good, hardworking folks trying their very best to make a difference.

Cons

Executive leadership continues to make it ABUNDANTLY clear that we should consider ourselves lucky to work for Amazon, and can be replaced regardless of loyalty. Change Management skills from the top-down are non-existent, and without care for employees - only shareholders. I've never felt so unappreciated by a company in my life. When Jeff was CEO, at least he pretended to care about us. Those days are long gone. And yes - I'm looking to get out.
