Pros

- Decent Salary. - Good and energetic employees to work with. - You can carve your own future and multiple teams to switch among to find the right role.

Cons

- Bad manager can impact your work and efficiency significantly. - If you have experience, at-least focus on getting an L6 role at the minimum. L5 roles don't get enough traction from other teams for project execution. - small fish in an extremely large sea, hence difficult to make your mark. - Sometimes the change that happen due to different teams working on the same focus area is too quick, It leads to lot of confusion and unfulfilled efforts.
