      Great Pay, Boring Job.

      Pros

      Pay is really good for an apprenticeship. You have lots of free time/isn't very stressful.

      Cons

      Too much free time, don't do anything for the majority of the day. The initial training in college is sub par, lots of stuff you'll probably never actually use and some of the tutors are pretty shocking.

      Pros

      Good Money, Excellent support and the course opens up a new world of employment optional to do the HNC too

      Cons

      Some of the jobs aren't engineering I.E cleaning out pods. Some Jobs aren't technical enough which could lead to skill fade
