Pros

Alright fellow 'muricans, this place was severely underrated. So they have UPT hours that I can use in hour incremements and don't require anyones permission or notification to use. If I want to be an hour late, so be it. They give 20 hours per quarter (idk if that's changed) but they give you the rope. It's up to you what you do with it because if you go negative it's bye-bye. The work is usually pretty constant and not incredibly tough on the brain, you get to work with A LOT of different people so even if you don't like a few you're bound to love most of the other employees. The compressed work week is great, benefits were alright, and coming from semiconductors it was an amazing stepping stone. Promotions are tough though. Especially if you want to move to management.

Cons

Tough to promote without transferring, which now I don't believe you can transfer UP the chain. If you're an L4 looking at an L5 job you have to get promoted first and then transfer, but maybe that's just the data center side. My info is a few years outdated. Overtime isn't as much as I'd have liked, and the pay was alright for what we did. They're super "inclusive" so this is a woke company. If you don't want to be around that stuff it's easy to avoid but know that they'll try to celebrate everything.
