Pros

Decent money for often menial, simple tasks

Cons

Treated & spoke to really bad. Managers, level 5's, are all yes men because they want to progress and they then expect you to be the same, regardless of task. If you question them you're targeted. One in particular is an out and out bully who uses his physical size and demeaner to intimidate, or becomes very aggressive. Mostly you are a jambuster, then there is repetitive PM's that mostly just get signed off. You have to book 11hrs worth of work a shift which is impossible to be that accurate, but its a metric by the level 5's so you cannot fail, so we all just made up the times anyway to ensure bang on 11hrs was booked. This is not a proper engineering job
