Great organization to work and learn and be at the forefront of what is happening in e-commerce and other innovative businesses (AI, Cloud, Supply chain, marketing, etc.). Above average pay due to the RSU performance. You are continuously challenged to define the future of retail with a strong customer focus.
Cons
Some leaders only act as managers and lack the leadership skills that build high performing teams such as clear communication and expectations, coaching, building trust, and motivation. I found several autocratic leaders and would rule by fear and not listen to their team´s ideas and create a difficult work environment, resulting in people leaving or highly demotivated and confused. Leaders can be very cocky and do publicly humiliate others during meetings.
