Pros

Work on a environment were most processes are work in progress and most of things ore designed to operate a scale or to eventually get there.

Cons

There is not much focus on career growth or employee retention, or even a stable manager or leadership. Historically there have been a lot of people moving all the time.

Pros

* Regular 45 to 50ish hour work weeks (in my team/org) * Fairly decent work life balance with few pages on my team (same as above) * Fun projects to work on with great team members

Cons

* RTO (awful traffic/commute times) * Zero perks - such as free food at work, free parking, real discounts, etc. * Work / life balance can be awful depending on org and team * After 4 years and stock is fully vested there is no compelling reason to stay for most people
