Pros

Plenty of overtime if you are fast enough to accept it. Want to be inclusive of everyone. Celebrate events. Management are good You get questionnaires about management when you first log on computer to start work. Working hard doesn’t merit promotion to other work areas. Great if you enjoy standing around all day Great if you like to feel like a robot

Cons

Seems like you only learn new areas of work if your face fits. Nag team leaders and managers all you want. if you want to learn something new and your rates are great, they will still offer the work to someone they are more friendly with, and chat at dinner with. I started work with someone who refused to do much work complaining the works repetitive and boring. They now have a new technical job role not packing.
