Pros

Weekly pay,can be trained in a lot of different departments.

Cons

There is no additional pay for learning multiple departments. The workload is low. The communication is not good within the management and team members. Favoritism when it comes to promotions in the plant they will hire more outside people than people who qualify in the plant.

Pros

The company is very flexible with scheduling when it comes to choosing your schedule. I work overnight 3 days a week at Amazon which allows me to work a 2nd job in the day time.

Cons

In my opinion their metric system for production is flawed and needs to be dismantled for a better system. Two people pick/pack the same amount of products but the computer would rate one rate of production as not satisfactory and the other person as satisfactory.
