Pros

• Fixed hours • Relaxed/no rate • Good enough pay • Free shoes every year • People are nice to work with • Pretty good benefits • Plenty of ways to diversify work experience when offered and eventually move up

Cons

• Free shoes don’t mean good shoes (obviously, but they’re nice to have as an option if other choices are too expensive) • Work can be repetitive and boring • Understaffed when work load is high • Constantly offers shifts that you might not be eligible for, but offers for training are far and few in between • The A-Z app in general to be honest
