Pros

Decent pay and decent benefits.

Cons

Night-shift/graveyard shift. Being a 2 year vet in the warehouse means being moved around and covering areas staffed with new hires. Having to help new hires is fine and expected, but having to pick up their slack constantly, and then be told "Oh they're new, they don't get it so just please help them" coming from management and Leadership is annoying. When I was new there was a standard we had to meet, now there seems to be no standard except for expecting others to finish your work for you.
