Pros

The work is rough and very repetitive. You will stand very long hours, and are not allowed to sit down. The work itself is easy to do, but it's exhausting. Pay is more when you work weekends (Thurs, Fri, saturday). Pay, in general, should be more than what it is for hourly employees. Good benefits Most leaders you encounter are good. Many bad apples mixed in there

Cons

Repetitive work. Not allowed to sit down in anyway.
