Pros

The medical and dental benefits are good.

Cons

There is no work life balance and they make sure that they make that very clear to each and every employee, if you are ever injured on the job they make a huge deal of it, the incentives that they use to give employees they took them all away such as bonuses for going above and beyond rate, stocks, and even just simply music during peak season to make the days go by faster. Another Con is the amount of favoritism and racial discrimination that happens in upper management and HR, employees dont know who to turn to due to the retaliation that happens to them when they reach out for help. Managers and PAs are trained to be rude and hostile towards those under them
