Pros

I have heard people complaining about work pressure and life imbalance at Amazon. But having been here for past 3 months, I observed that Amazon has come long way from that approach and give you perfect life balance. Exposure to new technologies and learning very day something is part of being at Amazon. My manager and teams across the globe has contributed a lot in my onboarding. So glad that I am part of Amazing Zone of Amazon and a proud Amazonian.

Cons

Interviews prep are hard but definitely yield result in long term once you realize why Amazon takes such pain to hire the right candidates

Pros

Good work culture, good trainings, a place for self motivated and hard working people. Thrives on innovation. Lot of flexibility and good work life balance. Lot to learn for every level.

Cons

Not much standardization in processes and practices often leading to redundant effort. Less automation and/or tools available for many job functions.
