Pros

-The schedules are set, meaning there are no changes on start time from day to another, it stays the same that you are scheduled to work. -guaranteed 10 hours a day of work unless you leave early for personal reasons -3 days off -plenty of time to use to take off from work

Cons

-during peak season (thanksgiving-christmas) expect to work 50-60 hours every week. which is 5-6 days straight in a row -Time to take off from work has to be accrued. (example:3.5 hours of vacation per paycheck) which isn't a lot since 1 work day is 10 hours. -you will work most holidays if it falls on a day you are normally scheduled to work -some holidays are paid at the same rate as a regular work day and not at an overtime rate -the 10 hour work days can be pretty long -its physically demanding
