Pros

The schedule was nice especially if you commute, 4 days at 10 hours a day. If they needed you to work overtime it was usually on your 5th day of work and they would let you know in advance.

Cons

Not much direction other than your day to day. I worked there for the holiday season and never knew who my supervisor was or much job feedback.

working with incompetent leaders and managers who have zero experience in their work and it shows.
