Good salary and benefits, but no work-life balance

Pros

- good salary - stocks are a great benefit - good exposure to different types of campaigns and experiences - good opportunities to move to different parts of the company

Cons

- no work life balance - Amazon will become your whole life - if your manager doesn't like you, you will be phased out - no flexibility or consideration of things happening outside of work unless you're management or liked by your manager - its every man for themselves so be careful what you tell your co-workers in confidence - not many benefits - depressing/toxic work environment

Pros

Company has good reputation but with time it’s deteriorating

Cons

There’s a lot of loopholes in management which can be fixed only by listening to what people have to offer and actually acting upon it rather than just discuss and praising propel in virtual meetings .
