Pros

Great benefits, time off and you can work your way up to a higher position over time.

Cons

It’s hard work and managers don’t really care about you if you’re just a regular warehouse worker. You can easily be replaced. Everyone should get paid way more for the work they do.

Pros

None - they will hurt you and drive you into the ground

Cons

Everything. They target underserved communities by offering better pay than other entry level jobs, but then they kick you out in a few years with no way of moving up.
