Pros

Unlimited UPT, $35 double time

Cons

You will not move up unless you are an attractive young female that kisses the butts of the process assistance, did not allow me time off to complete internship hours for college. After a few months they got rid of the unlimited UPT and $35 double time. Not worth the back breaking work compared to other warehouse jobs that pay double than amazon.
