Pros

It's always Day One is true, you never stop learning. Although the company is big, your work is meaningful. I feel welcomed and appreciated by my team and manager. A great company to develop your career. Mission, values and culture is present in every day.

Cons

As the company is very big, sometimes you need a lot of approvals, and it seems to be kind of a roadblock.

Pros

Amazon has one of the most robust onboarding plans I have ever seen. Everyone cares so much for new joiners to learn and adapt to the new culture in the first months that everyone just lets you be. No rush to get into tasks. No hit the ground running. Just learn.

Cons

The culture is very self-serve, you have to be self-motivated data driven person.
