Pros

Great technology products and web services portfolio, company 100% focused in customer satisfaction. The leadership principles are the basis of the day-to-day work

Cons

Managers misuse the leadership principles to treat employees like disposable assets, they don’t matter how Amazonian you are, how much time you work per day or how much you’ve achieved during your ternure, they have a quota to fire people per year and it has become a nightmare in the past two years.
