Pros

They are winning lots of business, so for some roles it is easy to be seen as successful

Cons

Like many places, there are quite a few people in middle management who do little other than take credit for the work of others. Not as fun as it used to be.

Pros

Great place to grow, build your career and learn about Cloud, innovation and customer obsession. Compensation is above average for the industry.

Cons

The working culture is not collaborative, work-life balance is almost impossible to manage and benefits and perks are minimal.

Pros

Amazon is the most amazing place to work if you’re in the right place in life. Job is demanding (should be no surprise there…) but if you’re completely driven by the fast pace, working with really smart, driven people, and owning your work, it’s a great gig!

Cons

Hard to say no. Politics can be difficult to navigate. Systems are difficult to navigate.
