Pros

- Competitive pay & compensation - Cloud services are the best in the market - Many new things to learn everyday

Cons

- Leadership team doesn't like the real suggestions, they are intend to hear some lies. - Promotions and career path are very unclear (they might told you there is a rule and instruction). It all depends on whether your manager likes you. - Some managers are lack of experience so that he/she can not provide any helpful support to the teammates. - In this place, you are better to learn "how to be a good boy/girl". If you learn it, you will have a good career path in AWS TW. Congregations! - Amazon Leadership Principle is good and charming. However, some of managers will abuse that when they cannot convince you in a reasonable explanation.

Pros

Great career growth, hard but rewarding work, work with really smart people. Lots of career opportunities to move into other market segments.

Cons

Sometimes a little overkill with the metrics, long pathways to promotion, sometimes requires really long hours. Be ready to work hard.
