Pros

Pay Compensation Moneys Lots of $$$

Cons

The place is a literal sweatshop for H1B Visa holders, threatening them with PIPs and losing their jobs to keep them working 80 hour weeks and weekends. And for any employee, you’re burdened with a tremendous amount of churn and lack of direction due to constant churn, turn-over, and re-orgs. Get their name on your resume, get your bag, launch zero tangible/cool products, and bounce. I’m not even getting into the RTO debate.
