Pros

Plenty of work to be done. Lots of interesting, fun people to engage with. Fascinating problems to solve, I get to take on as much work as I want. Note, this means that I have to understand what workload I can manage, and negotiate that with my manager. This is a company where you need to where your big kid panties and speak up if things aren't right.

Cons

Management capability is really uneven (I've had both some of the best and worst managers of my 30+ year career). Plenty of work can mean too many distractions to focus well. Plenty of vision, but not enough guidance/coaching on the priorities.

Pros

Competitive culture . Fast pace . Growth opportunities.Intercompany transfers are encouraged.

Cons

Inexperienced Managers , The leadership principles kill the human side of the job. Stack Ranking sucks. Highly experienced people are recruited at entry level and then made to report to inexperienced managers.
