Pros

It is pretty decent. the pay is good, most supervisors at the facility I worked with were nice.

Cons

They treat you like a number, pressure to keep up with high scan rates, not a long enough breaks, lots of manual labor, they are not understanding if you need to call off for sicknesses--I was hospitalized and it was a headache to go through HR and communicate that I couldn't come in to work
