Pros

You get independence in working. Salary is decent and work environment is nice. WFH setup is provided if needed. A lot depends on how the manager is. Pros cannot be generalized to every team. Easy to switch internally.

Cons

Can get hectic during sales events and if deadline are not properly managed by the manager. PIP can come any time to stay on your toes.
