Pros

Great job that allows you to get your workout on! 4 Day work week with 3 days off! Get paid every Friday! A good amount of PTO, VTO, and UPT available.

Cons

If you don't like to walk or exercise, then this isn't for you. Advancement is at a snail's pace.

Pros

Good entry level pay. Clean environment.

Cons

Monotonous and repetitive. Only 10hr shifts. Personal speed production rates can easily be affected buy a multitude of any other employees cutting corners. Very little, virtually no co-worker interaction during work time or even on breaks and lunch, made even worse with the current covid-19 protocols.
