Pros

Great job that allows you to get your workout on! 4 Day work week with 3 days off! Get paid every Friday! A good amount of PTO, VTO, and UPT available.

Cons

If you don't like to walk or exercise, then this isn't for you. Advancement is at a snail's pace.

Pros

Good entry level pay. Clean environment.

Cons

Monotonous and repetitive. Only 10hr shifts. Personal speed production rates can easily be affected buy a multitude of any other employees cutting corners. Very little, virtually no co-worker interaction during work time or even on breaks and lunch, made even worse with the current covid-19 protocols.

Pros

I like that you work 10 hours,

Cons

the pay checks weren't adding up after awhile, especially 10 hour days, its loud work environment, no over time offered. unfair work disciplines to alleged TOT (Time off task), deductions on check wasn't making sense too much was taken off.
