Pros

Okay pay. The job isn't hard, unless you've never worked for minimum wage before and are lazy.

Cons

Feet pain. Long boring days where sometimes you will feel as if you're being paid to simply stand for 10 hours. Is a very clique environment, as 70-80% of the workers speak Spanish as their primary language.

Pros

Because the job market is horrible and Amazon feeda off the desperate.

Cons

Management and HR have no connection to payroll so there is zero incentive to work harder. You can be designated to any department at any time without added compensation. Wage labor exploitation is out of control. This company does not care about its employees but it is very good at appearing to initially.
