Easy job, horrible HR.

Pros

Easy work and good benefits.

Cons

The outsourced HR is embarrassingly horrible with communication. I had many times where calls were never returned for me. I've also had Amazon send me emails offering to help me get my job back, or offering back pay for short term disability, which didn't matter to them when I tried to follow through. Even had an onsite HR rep offer to assist me, then proceed to ignore any email i sent after. He also blocked my phone number before I could even try to call him.
