Pros

- If you are not working in a warehouse, the salary is competitive, usually. - Remote During the pandemic - The job is easy enough but it can become overwhelming

Cons

- Toxic work culture: youre either team Amazon forever or you get on some manager's negative sides, youre expected to love everything amazon at all times. - No work life balance. - Hard advancement to other positions Overall its a comfy job but if its not what you want long term you can get complacent.

Pros

- Equipment provided for work from home positions - Decent pay

Cons

- Terrible management, completely mediocre - Constant push for you to "grow inside the company" without even being qualified or mastering the current position - Sellers are unbelievably rude and you are not allowed to protect your own peace - 6 minutes of personal time per day, and two far apart 15 minute breaks - Materials for job (SOP) are constantly changing, which means that the processes are not clear or standardized - Just an overall bad position, please try to look for a back office position instead or just anything that is not customer service related.
