Pros

- You can work from home, I mean you wont find time for yourself at all but hey at least it's WFM

Cons

Okay so here it comes : - You'll be paid 2.9 lakhs per annum if you're a fresher and 1250 rs for internet reimbursement whereas with experience you'll be paid 4 lakhs per annum + 1250 as mentioned before. - You cannot apply to any internal job posting before 6 months, in fact my supervisor told me it is useless even if you fit the job description. - Your lunch and two 15 mins of break are unpaid so basically you'll be putting in 9 hours because I can't club all those breaks even though they count as my time. - No future promotion or salary hike expectations. - My current shift is from 1pm to 10pm and it might change every 3 months and you get a single 30 min break in between for both lunch and dinner plus it is unpaid as mentioned above. - If you are planning to join this please don't, it is a nightmare and trust me you'll regret this decision later on. - Also even before the job they want you to buy a backup power generator or something so that you can still keep working in case of a power cut and yes they don't pay for this either
