Pros

- Salary - Benefits - No extra hours (usually) - Office - Carreer growth

Cons

- Really really hard to request vacations for the period you want. The most vacation requests get declined due to missing capacity - You are forced to work after a specific scheme, although it doesn't provide a useful outcome to the customer. Constructive workarounds have negative impacts on your metrics and will let you fail audits - Many workflows are not useful or contain errors, but there is no option to rate them - inflexible regarding home office options - Information overload - one thing that is unacceptable!!: many employees we're sick, but HR didn't update their status internally, so the employees didnt get paid, although they came back to work after a few days
