Pros

Fast, lots of changes and lots of opportunity Great culture that you can learn from

Cons

Emphasize customer-obsession, but partners(sellers) are not considered as their "customers" Many complains from the partner sides (sellers) but tends to ignore their voices Amazon must remember that their partners(sellers) are also the customers and important sources for business in long-term perspective
