Pros

Most of co-workers are competent and friendly. AWS has exciting and challenging work every day.

Cons

Most managers don't have competent technical skills. They often don't know the priority of tasks and point you to the wrong direction, due to lack of technical skills. Most SDMs can't provide any useful technical assistance for customer issues, and all they do is to delegate the work to SDEs.
