Pros

Good people. Okay management. Room for growth. Average salaries and the benefits are not all that bad as well. I dont regret it.

Cons

Cant really think of any cons in particular but i would like to make a point here that amazon needs to revamp its hiring process. Lots of private engineering college trash have gotten in.
