Pros

Interesting no day is the same even though you do the same thing every day

Cons

Harsh conditions. Hot with no AC. Incredibly dirty air filled with exhaust, enough exhaust to set off fire alarms many times. Not a job for people who care about physical comfort.

short breaks, hard work if you’re not used to it, temperature of building (hot in summer, cold in winter)
