Pros

Solid benefits from day one, weekly pay, and different time off options that are both paid and unpaid. As long as you keep your head down and work, you should do well.

Cons

Management is encouraged to write people up for minor violations up to the point where the employee is terminated, while harassment policies within the warehouse are not enforced. Employees are told to ask the other person to stop rather than management stepping in. If you discuss problems with management, you will be branded as a problem employee and will then stick out like a sore thumb to them. If that happens, they will make you a scapegoat.
