Pros

Small group of people easy to communicate, a range of communication between warehouse associates and other stakeholders within the company (Amazon flex Amazon dsp)

Cons

Favouritism don’t expect to be in a high promoted role such as an L3 or L4 unless you are physically attached and listen to every command they say don’t expect to climb unless you have a degree apprenticeship or internship if you wanna excel gather the knowledge from your current warehouse apply to another one

The only con was probably only giving a 30 mins break while working 10 hours
