Pros

Work is straight forward and simple. Hours of shifts range from 3-5 hours. They offer VTO often.

Cons

Managers pick and choose who to micro manage with a constant effort to get you written up no matter what you do. They claim that the work assignment for the shift is random but actually seems planned as I always get the same placements on certain days. They claim to give you a 15 minute break but what 2.5 minutes to be used to get to a break area and back to work so in reality it’s only a 10 minute break. Work is simple but is so redundant and draining.
